All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Central Time) will be processed on the next business day.

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Central Time) will be processed same day
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Central Time) will be processed on the next business day

Shipping Delays

Please note the following:

  • All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays caused by carriers
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing (if applicable)
  • Weather conditions and events beyond our control may affect delivery times
  • Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package by:

  1. Visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number
  2. Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email

If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days after order confirmation, please contact us.


Address Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order
  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately

Lost or Unreceived Packages

If your package has not arrived within 5 business days after the maximum delivery estimate, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • Please review your order carefully before submitting
