Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Central Time) will be processed on the next business day.

Order Cutoff Time
- Daily Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM (Central Time)
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Central Time) will be processed same day
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Central Time) will be processed on the next business day
Shipping Delays
Please note the following:
- All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays caused by carriers
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing (if applicable)
- Weather conditions and events beyond our control may affect delivery times
- Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package by:
- Visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days after order confirmation, please contact us.
Address Information
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order
- We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately
Lost or Unreceived Packages
If your package has not arrived within 5 business days after the maximum delivery estimate, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- Please review your order carefully before submitting
