We offer a 30-day return policy. You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To ensure a smooth return process, please submit your return request within this timeframe.


Return Eligibility

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

  3. Ship Back: Use the prepaid return shipping label to send the item back
  4. Provide Tracking: Send us the tracking number for your return package
  5. Keep Receipt: Keep your shipping receipt until the return is processed

All eligible returns are free of charge. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you notice any of the following issues, contact us immediately:

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Apparel

Washed Clothing Items that have been cleaned or laundered
Modified Clothing Items that have been altered, cut, dyed, or customized

Jewelry

Earrings Earrings and ear studs (for hygiene reasons)
Damaged or Modified Items Items that have been altered, damaged, or repaired
Set Accessories Individual accessories from jewelry sets (unless the entire set is returned)

Refund Process

Refund Approval Upon approval, the refund will be processed immediately
Return to Original Payment Method Completed within 10 business days
